“Laguna Open to Business” will be the subject of the upcoming Laguna Beach Business Club meeting on Thursday morning, September 17, 2009. Gregg Abel, principal Gregg Abel design, a member of the Planning Commission, serving on the Business Task Force will discuss recent establishment by the City Council to streamline the permit process for incoming business. “Laguna Open to Business,” will be a series of three meetings, with the intent to offer a variety of information to those interested in establishing a business in Laguna Beach.
